Save settings per breakpoint (Web and Mobile)

Save settings per breakpoint. Web is the default, and switching to Mobile shows the settings for Mobile, so each breakpoint can be set up on its own.

Settings that don’t apply to Mobile could then be hidden while you’re editing Mobile and stay available on Web. This makes responsive behavior clearer and stops people from changing options that have no effect on the breakpoint they’re viewing.
